SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are carefully handcrafted to order. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

UK Domestic: 2-5 business days

International: 7-14 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We strive to keep our shipping rates affordable while ensuring your handmade items arrive safely.

International Orders For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging each handmade piece. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: greenwitchcrafts.mcatchpole@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
